What should I wear? Please feel free to wear whatever clothes make you feel most comfortable. We care more that you’re here, than what you wear.
How long are our services? We shoot for an hour. Sometimes we go under and sometimes we go a little longer.
What are our services like? Our services focus mostly on worship and proclamation of the Word. We share a few announcements and prayer concerns, express our hearts to God through music, and learn from a challenging message based on scripture. The service times are at 8:30 and 11:00 am. The 8:30 service is informal and incorporates contemporary Christian music. The 11:00 AM service is for those who prefer a style more in keeping with the Wesleyan tradition.
Yes we have Coffee: A time of fellowship and refreshment is offered in the Social Hall before and in breaks between the services and Sunday School to meet and converse with friends.
Will I have to say anything, sign anything, or be singled out?
You will not be put on the spot, singled-out, or embarrassed. We do like to collect basic information from people who show up, but if you’d prefer not to, that’s all right with us.
What about the kids?
A staffed nursery is available during both services. Children’s church is offered during the 11:00 am service for kids 3-10. Parents are always welcome to attend and observe any of our children’s activities.
